Abstract
In article number 1808574, Zhiyong Zhang, Lian-Mao Peng, and co-workers report the performance limit of carbon nanotube (CNT) network thin-film field-effect transistors (TFTs) for digital integrated circuit (IC) applications. High performance or low-power CNT TFTs are fabricated and the performance of CNT TFTs according to transistor IC standards is explored. The performance potential restriction due to its switching-off property is also explored.
