Abstract

In article number 2000764, Jung-Yao Chen and co-workers present ultrafast responsive non-volatile flash photomemory through a spatially addressable perovskite/block copolymer composite film. The extremely low programming time of 5 ms and data storage capacity of over 7 bits (128 levels) in one cell can trigger practical applications in light fidelity.
