Tailoring the Fabrication Method of Dion–Jacobson 2D Halide Perovskites toward Highly Crystalline and Oriented Films (Adv. Funct. Mater. 49/2023)
Source abstract
Abstract
Highly Oriented Halide Perovskite Films In article number 2305539, Johnny C. Ho and co-workers propose a slow-evaporating solvent (SE) method to fabricate high-quality halide perovskite films. Compared with the conventional spin-coating method, the perovskite films fabricated by this SE method shows much higher crystallinity and a highly oriented lattice, which endows them with superior photodetection performance.
