Perovskite Solar Cells: Enhanced Stability of Perovskite Solar Cells Incorporating Dopant‐Free Crystalline Spiro‐OMeTAD Layers by Vacuum Sublimation (Adv. Energy Mater. 2/2020)
Source abstract
Abstract
In article number 1901524, Angel Barranco, Juan R. Sanchez-Valencia, and co-workers develop a simple approach to fabricate dopant-free Spiro-OMeTAD [2,2′,7,7′-tetrakis (N,N-di-p-methoxyphenyl-amine)9,9′-spirobifluorene] layers by vacuum sublimation. Temperature control of the samples during evaporation induces crystalline and microstructural changes, as illustrated in the lateral side of the cover. The implementation in perovskite solar cells demonstrates unprecedented superior stability with respect to solution-processed devices.
