Abstract

Optoelectronics In article number 2302579, Han Seul Kim, Se-Woong Baek, and co-workers proposed a multi-faceted passivation strategy for nontoxic ternary compound AgBiS2 colloidal quantum dots (CQDs). The quadruple-ligand ensemble enabled stableCQDink formation and reduced the trap density of theCQDsolids. Finally, high performance lead-free optoelectronics were demonstrated, and the optimal device achieved a power conversion efficiency of 8.1% and a fast response time of 400 ns.
