Abstract

Homogeneous Perovskite Solar Modules In article number 2400791, Bong Joo Kang, Nam Joong Jeon, Eui Hyuk Jung, and co-workers report the pH modulation tactic for a regular and scalable SnO2 thin film by exploiting NP surface chemical and physical engineering. The tactic leads to efficient and reliable perovskite solar modules based on homogenous and defect-controlled electron-transport layers as well as establishes the foundation to realize commercialization of perovskite-based solar applications.
