Halide Diffusion Equilibrium and Its Impact on Efficiency Evolution of Perovskite Solar Cells (Adv. Energy Mater. 48/2022)
Source abstract
Abstract
Perovskite Solar Cells The halide diffusion from perovskites can chemically dope the electron transport layer and bring forth the nonstoichiometric perovskite surface, leading to initial enhancement but long-term loss of the photovoltaic efficiency of p-i-n cells. In article number 2202982, Shuang Yang, Yu Hou, and co-workers show that in striking contrast, pre-doping strategies can reach the diffusion equilibrium state for the fresh-fabricated device and improve device efficiency and stability.
