Abstract

Perovskite Solar Cells In article number 2302280, Yi Hou and co-workers investigate self-assembled monolayer (SAM) growth models and plasma treatment for conformal SAM growth, suppressing non-radiative recombination. This approach achieves 24.5% power conversion efficiency (stabilized at 23.5%) in inverted perovskite solar cells.
