Dual-functional defect passivation in Dion–Jacobson perovskite for low-dose X-ray detection and imaging
Source abstract
Abstract
A DJ perovskite X-ray detector with dual-functional passivation achieves a sensitivity of 21 000 μC Gy air −1 cm −2 and a limit of detection of 6.75 nGy air s −1 . The TFT-integrated flat-panel imager gives high-contrast plant and electronics imaging.
