Abstract

Cascade Shape Profile A high speed response organic photodetector is demonstrated by Kyung-Bae Park and co-workers in article 2100539. The authors apply cascade hole transport layers to the hole-extraction interface, and investigate the introduction of multi-layered hole transport layers with a stepwise energy profile called a cascade shape profile.
