Monolithic Multi‐Color Tunable Inorganic Light‐Emitting Diodes (Adv. Electron. Mater. 1/2022)
Source abstract
Abstract
Blueshift Phenomenon Monolithic red, green, and blue light-emitting diodes (LEDs) can be achieved by exploiting the blueshift phenomenon, caused by the strong band-filling effect at different energy localization states. In article number 2100598, Sung-Nam Lee and colleagues design different-sized red, green, and blue LEDs by controlling the sizes of the LEDs on the same wafer, which can be utilized in micro-LED display applications.
