Abstract

As a promising detector for room temperature nuclear radiation detection, all-inorganic perovskite CsPbBr3 has attracted great attention. However, the CsPbBr3 α-particle detector lacks detector architecture design and fabrication process optimization, leading to a low detection performance and detection stability. In this paper, three typical metal–semiconductor–metal-nanostructured CsPbBr3 α-particle detectors were designed and fabricated. The interfacially designed detector had an excellent energy resolution of 5.70% and long-term detection stability for more than 8 h. The strategy is simple and reproducible, but it provides a good idea for simultaneously improving the detection performance and detection stability of the CsPbBr3 α-particle detector.
