Organic Transistors
Source abstract
Abstract
Abstract Organic transistors are field‐effect transistors in which the semiconductor is a thin film of a conjugated organic material. As organic semiconductors can often be processed at or near room temperature, this allows the implementation of electronic functionality on large‐area flexible substrates for a variety of emerging applications.
