Abstract

Abstract Bi 3+ /Fe 3+ single as well as codoped SrTiO 3 nanoparticles have been synthesized using a facile sonochemical method. Magnetic and ferroelectric properties of the samples have been studied and it has been observed that Bi 3+ /Fe 3+ codoped samples exhibit weak room temperature ferromagnetism as well as ferroelectric behavior.
