Abstract
Abstract Effects of cation substitution and glass-forming boron oxide additive on ferroelectric properties of the ceramics in the system PbZrO3-Pb(Mg0.5W0.5)O3 have been studied. It was established that substitution of Ba for Pb stabilized ferroelctric properties. while boron oxide caused change of compositions and stabilized antiferroelectric state. The influence of grain size on diffusiness of dielectric curves was also revealed.
