Abstract

All-Solid-Electrolyte Batteries In article number 2401473, Dong-Jin Yun, Changhoon Jung, Dong-Su Ko, and co-workers developed a novel operando X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy system for the characterization of the chemical state and electronic structure of metal interlayers, which play a pivotal role in the performance of all-solid-state batteries. This innovative system enables the precise determination of the status of each metal-interlayer component during battery operation (with simultaneous Li+-ion in/out migration) under a specific electric field.
