The great swinging pulverizer is the key - apparatus for producing the black carbon productions in our plant. Becauce of various reasons it hasn't been resolved until now, the tail - gas purity is bad for a long time, it polluted the air source, after improved, the tail - gas attained the standard of purity and protested the air - source.
