Estudio de la entrada de Zr4+ y Ti4+ en la red del Nd3Ga5O12

Study of the formation of solid solutions with garnet structure. The synthesis has been made by conventional and coprecipitation techniques. The structural characterization has been carried out by X-ray diffraction. By automatic methods has been clarified octahedral substitution of the Ga 3+ by these tetravalent ions, although it was possible a minimum tetrahedral substitution of the Ga 3+ by Ti 4+ , and solid solutions limits have been established
