Síntesis de películas de fases del sistema Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O mediante electrodeposición
Source abstract
Abstract
Different phases of the Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O system have been prepared by an electrodeposition process: SrCuO 2 , Sr 2 CuO 3 , Ca 7 Bi 10 O 22 , Sr 2 Bi 2 O 5 , Bi 2 CuO 4 and the Bi 2 Sr 2 CaCu 2 B 8+x superconductor. The synthesis procedure consists on two steps. First, the deposition of the metallic constituents of the mixed oxide on the silver substrate (working electrode) from the optimized electrolytic bath by means of a chronoamperometry. Afterwards, the obtained deposit is oxidized in air at 800°C for 12 h. This paper details the study of the dependence between the ratio of the cations in the deposit and in the electrolytic bath. The films of the Bi 2 Sr 2 CaCu 2 B 8+x superconductor are oriented along the c-axis and showed T c values up to 95 K.
