Properties of Ni-based self-lubricating composite
Source abstract
Abstract
Ni-Cr based alloy were fabricated using powder metallurgy method. It was found that the composites were mainly consisted of nickel-based solution, chromium sulfide et al., the strengthening phases can improve the hardness of alloy obviously, but decreases the bending strength. Both the wear and friction of alloy with strengthening phase was improved.
