Abstract

Different types of heterozygous nanomaterials, such as ICPC/RBX, ICPC/RBX+4%PLGA and ICPC/RBX+8%PLGA, were prepared based on ICPC raw materials, and their physical and chemical properties were tested. The results showed that ICPC/RBX material, ICPC/RBX + 4%PLGA material, and ICPC/RBX + 8%PLGA material could form in phosphate buffer saline (PBS), and there was no collapse. The compressive strength of ICPC/RBX + 4% PLGA (18.35 ± 2.84) and ICPC/RBX + 8%PLGA (16.87 ± 2.96) was always lower than the strength of ICPC (35.08 ± 2.13) and ICPC/RBX (34.61 ± 2.25) (P < 0.05). In conclusion, both ICPC/RBX + 4% PLGA and ICPC/RBX + 8% PLGA materials prepared in this study had good injectable property, collapsibility, and ultimate compressive strength.
