Abstract

Self-Degradable Photoactive Micromotors Photoactive micromotors release reactive radicals and silver ions, undergoing self-degradation upon irradiation, all while autonomously moving in their environment. Consequently, they demonstrate high antibacterial activity against Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacterial strains and impressive biofilm removal yields. This research (see article number 2303137 by Katherine Villa and co-workers) significantly contributes to the advancement of novel light-driven micromotors, providing enhanced photocatalytic performance.
