Abstract
ABSTRACT Smart security systems play a vital role in modern home safety, yet traditional biometric locks still face risks such as forgery and security vulnerabilities. To address these challenges, we developed a high‐performance intelligent triboelectric door‐lock sensor (ITDS) based on a liquid‐metal‐doped polyacrylonitrile nanofiber membrane (LMNF), fabricated through an electrospinning‐assisted liquid‐metal incorporation strategy to improve signal reliability and enable dual‐authentication access control. The incorporation of Galinstan droplets induces the formation of gallium oxide species, which serve as effective charge‐trapping sites in the LMNF, thereby significantly enhancing charge‐trapping capability and optimizing triboelectric output performance. As a result, the ITDS exhibits excellent durability, a high signal‐to‐noise ratio of 72.25 dB, and a peak power density of 7.47 W/m 2 . Furthermore, by integrating the ITDS with an 8‐channel signal acquisition unit and a support vector machine (SVM) algorithm using an RBF kernel, we established a dual‐authentication smart door‐lock system. Owing to the sensor's high sensitivity to voltage signals, the system can classify different gestures with an accuracy of 98.7% and identify authorized users with an accuracy of 98.1%, providing a promising strategy for next‐generation personalized access control and intelligent security applications.
