Single‐Cell Quantification of Viscoelastic Phase Transitions in 3D Tissues (Adv. Mater. Technol. 6/2025)
Source abstract
Abstract
Single-Cell Quantification In article number 2401302, Kshitiz, Kazunori Hoshino, and co-workers present the first cell-by-cell evaluation of tissue viscoelastic properties. Using 3D light-sheet microscopy and digital image correlation, micro-mechanical compression is analyzed, revealing the displacement, deformation, and interactions of individual cells.
