Abstract

Bone Allografts In article 2300635, Alessio Bucciarelli, Devid Maniglio, Francesco Grassi, and co-workers develop a method to generate microparticles from human cortical decellularized bone based on an ultrasonication approach. Both particle diameter and Alkaline Phosphatase activity are tunable according to the ultrasonication parameters. By evaluating the correlations among different outcomes, an inverse linear correlation between the particle size and the biological properties are found.
