Wirelessly Actuated Ciliary Airway Stent for Excessive Mucus Transportation (Adv. Mater. Technol. 23/2023)
Source abstract
Abstract
Ciliary Airway Stents In article 2301003, Xiaoguang Dong and co-workers develop a novel ciliary airway stent that can remove excessive viscous mucus in a human lung. The magnetically actuated artificial cilia integrated on airway stents can potentially transform the treatment options for chronic lung diseases.
