Abstract

Flexible Capacitive Sensors The cover shows a hybrid dielectric that is essential for a high-performance flexible capacitive sensor for pressure monitoring. Via integrating the micro-cilia array with porous foam substrate, the composite layer simultaneously enables a gradient dielectric property and elastic strength, allowing the device to function across a broad pressure range without sensitivity decay. More detail can be found in article 2301077 by Bingpu Zhou and co-workers.
