Fabrication of SiNx Nanopore Filters Using Combined Process of Nanoimprint and Dual‐Side Aligned Photolithography for Purified Cs3MnBr5 Green Phosphors (Adv. Mater. Technol. 7/2022)
Source abstract
Abstract
Nanoporous Filters The frontispiece presented by Young Rag Do and co-workers (article number 2101519) shows filtration images of reactant ionic solutions with 2D SiNx nanofilters, used to synthesize Cs3MnBr5 phosphors via eco-friendly water-based evaporative crystallization process. Numerous nanofilters have been successfully fabricated with a dual-sided alignment process between nanoimprinting-patterned front side and photolithographically-patterned back side. Unnecessary residual nano-particles were removed by 50 nm-nanohole arrayed SiNx nanofilter to improve PLQY of purified Cs3MnBr5 phosphor by 2.3 times.
