Patterned‐Bank‐Free Electroluminescent Quantum Dot Emitting Array for Passive‐Matrix QLED Display (Adv. Mater. Technol. 3/2022)
Source abstract
Abstract
Passive-Matrix Quantum-Dot LEDs Passive-matrix quantum-dot light-emitting-diode (PM-QLED) display panels without any patterned bank are reported by Hsueh-Shih Chen and coworkers in article number 2100889. The PM-QLED panel is fabricated with a spin-coating-based process on an ITO-glass substrate, where the overlapping zones of electrodes directly define the emitting pixels. The coated panels are feasible and promising in future applications.
