Abstract

Flexible microsupercapacitors (fMSCs) with interdigitated design are a promising platform as a power source unit for wearable microelectronics. In article number 1600166, Joselito M. Razal, Jun Chen, and co-workers use laser-etching techniques to facilely fabricate the interdigitated patterned electrodes, enabling directly assembly of designed tandem fMSC devices. The advanced laser-etching process is suitable for scale-up fabrication of wearable microdevices.
