Multichannel Impedance Cytometry Downstream of Cell Separation by Deterministic Lateral Displacement to Quantify Macrophage Enrichment in Heterogeneous Samples (Adv. Mater. Technol. 8/2023)
Source abstract
Abstract
Biophysical Cytometry In article number 2201463, Carlos Honrado, Nathan S. Swami, and co-workers present integration of multichannel impedance cytometry downstream of high throughput microfluidic cell separation that is presented for on-chip multiparametric phenotypic validation of the enrichment of activated macrophages from a heterogeneous sample, without any sample loss, bias or dilution.
