Following an investigation conducted by Nokia, the retraction has been agreed because it was ascertained by Nokia that the author reported results which included other people's ideas and experiments without their knowledge and consent, that he did not acknowledge all those involved in the study, and that he submitted the manuscript to the journal without prior vetting and authorization by Nokia, in violation of Nokia's policies.
