Abstract

In article number 1900773, Carme Martínez-Domingo, Eloi Ramon and co-workers present novel organic diode structures fabricated on conductive nanopapers, by means of large area approaches. Good rectification ratios of up to 1.2 × 103 at |3 V| are achieved. These flexible, light-weight, and costeffective devices have potential to be used for versatile, low-temperature, and disposable sensing applications.
