Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW)‐Based Sonoporation of Single‐Adherent‐Cell (Adv. Mater. Technol. 21/2023)
Source abstract
Abstract
Single-Cell Sonoporation The proposed device is a surface acoustic wave-based cell sonoporation system comprising a pair of microbubble positioning slant-finger interdigital transducers (SFITs) for precise manipulation of a selected microbubble in a two-dimensional plane, along with a narrow-frequency-band SFIT for localized cavitation control of the same microbubble. This enables selective cavitation of the chosen microbubble, thereby achieving localized sonoporation. More detailed can be found in article 2300573 by Zenan Wang, Jun Wei, and co-workers.
