Radio‐Frequency Switches: Fully Inkjet‐Printed VO2‐Based Radio‐Frequency Switches for Flexible Reconfigurable Components (Adv. Mater. Technol. 1/2019)
Source abstract
Abstract
In article number 1800276, the use of a Vanadium dioxide(VO2) nanoparticle-based Metal-Insulator Transition ink is introduced by Shuai Yang, Atif Shamim, and co-workers. The VO2 nanoparticles can be printed on various substrates to make radio-frequency switches which cost only a small fraction of their commercial alternatives. A fully printed reconfigurable antenna is shown using this printed switch.
