Efficient Tandem White OLED/LEC Hybrid Devices (Adv. Mater. Technol. 19/2023)
Source abstract
Abstract
Organic Hybrid Devices In article 2300563, Chih-Hao Chang, Chin-Wei Lu, Hai-Ching Su, and co-workers develop an efficient tandem white organic light-emitting diode (OLED)/light-emitting electrochemical cell (LEC) hybrid device based on a stack of a red OLED on top of a blue LEC with a sophisticatedly designed charge-generating layer shows a high external quantum efficiency of 21.53%, which is almost the sum of the EQEs of the two stacked devices.
