Abstract

Blood Cleansing In article 2300369, Kyung Jae Jeong, Young Jo Kim, and co-workers demonstrate the use of the biologically-derived eumelanin pigment to capture the bacteria and endotoxin from the sepsis patients. The natural origin of melanin and its well-documented biocompatibility makes it an ideal material to cleanse human blood.
