Recognition of Spatial Finiteness in Meniscus Splitting Based on Evaporative Interface Fluctuations (Adv. Mater. Interfaces 34/2023)
Source abstract
Abstract
Interface Fluctuations In article number 2300510, Okeyoshi and co-workers demonstrate the recognition of spatial finiteness in ‘meniscus splitting phenomena’ using aqueous polysaccharide dispersions. During water evaporation from a cell, the splitting starts by the interface fluctuation with the concentration unevenness to recognize the cell width and the microparticles deposit to form multiple nuclei for bridging the gap.
