Abstract

Bubble-Propelled Colloids Bubble-propelled active colloids with a patch of catalytic material on their surface produce smaller bubbles compared to typical Janus colloids, thereby making them more suitable for precise micromanipulation. In article 2300226, Das and co-workers demonstrate their utility by manipulating and assembling passive objects. The active colloids also display a phenomenon of interfacial gravitaxis (downhill swimming at the interface). Cover art design by the team of Inmywork Studio.
