A Colorimetric Label‐Free Sensor Array of Metal–Organic‐Framework‐Based Fabry–Pérot Films for Detecting Volatile Organic Compounds and Food Spoilage (Adv. Mater. Interfaces 28/2023)
Source abstract
Abstract
Detecting Volatile Organic Compounds In article 2300329, Heinke and co-workers presented an optical sensor array of Fabry-Pérot films based on three different nanoporous metal-organic frameworks (MOFs). The photonic properties, and thus the reflected light from each Fabry-Pérot-MOF sensor, are used as sensor signals to identify various volatile organic compounds. The optical sensor array is applied to discriminate fresh from spoiled milk.
