Gas Separation: High Selectivity Gas Separation by Interfacial Diffusion Membranes (Adv. Mater. Interfaces 1/2019)
Source abstract
Abstract
In article number 1801273, David K. Wang, Hendrik Verweij and co-workers present interfacial diffusion membranes with very high CO2/N2 and H2/N2 permselectivities of >2200 and >4000, respectively, which are enabled by nanopore confinement effect on polymer crystallization as it led to a N2 gas tight membrane barrier while permissive for CO2 and H2 gas diffusion.
