Antireflective Coatings: HfO2 Nanorod Array as High‐Performance and High‐Temperature Antireflective Coating (Adv. Mater. Interfaces 6/2017)
Source abstract
Abstract
Zhengjun Zhang and co-workers fabricate double layer antireflective coatings (DLAR) comprising of bottom dense hafnia layer and top porous layer in such manner that refractive index decreases gradually from top to bottom layer in article number 1600892. The tuning of reflectance nearly <1% is achieved in visible, Infrared (IR) and Ultraviolet (UV) region by tailoring refractive index through porosity and film thickness of the two layers having omnidirectional AR characteristic.
