Abstract

In article number 2100141, Shanshan Yin, Peter Müller-Buschbaum, and co-workers demonstrate that morphology-controlled hematite films are synthesized in a block copolymer templated sol-gel route. The resulting mesoporous hematite thin films with large area homogeneity have tremendous potential for applications in energy storage such as lithium-ion batteries. Cover art by Reiner Müller.
