Abstract
In article number 2001115 by Meital Reches and co-workers, the fundamental aspects of FluidFM technology and its applications as a potential single-cell manipulation technique in the field of cell biology are described. The image illustrates the manipulation of a single living cell (bacterium) using a pressure-regulated FluidFM probe to measure the cell-substrate adhesion interaction.
