Upconversion‐Enabled In Situ Growth of Silver Nanostructures Mediated by Cavity Resonance in Single Microrod (Adv. Mater. Interfaces 15/2022)
Source abstract
Abstract
Upconversion-Enabled Growth of Silver Nanostructures In article number 2200029, Huilin He, Yan Jun Liu, and co-workers demonstrate that the upconversion emission from the hexagonal NaYF4 microrods under the near-infrared laser excitation enables the photochemical reaction to grow the Ag nanoparticles (AgNPs). Additionally, AgNPs aggregate along the leaked sites of cavity-induced resonances inside the microrod, forming a grating-like Ag nanostructure.
