Graphene Nanoplatelets: Characteristics of a Graphene Nanoplatelet Anode in Advanced Lithium‐Ion Batteries Using Ionic Liquid Added by a Carbonate Electrolyte (Adv. Mater. Interfaces 8/2015)
Source abstract
Abstract
A graphene nanoplatelet-based electrode is demonstrated as a promising, high performance anode in a safe lithium ion battery, as described by J. Hassoun and co-workers in article 1500085. The electrode is industrially prepared as an easy-to-handle aqueous ink, which is cast onto a copper support and then dried in air. The graphene nanoplatelet electrode is able to deliver a stable capacity for over 300 cycles in a conventional electrolyte.
