Abstract

In article number 1700071, Dongseok Suh, Woo Seok Choi, and co-workers report a study on the electrochemical behavior of epitaxial SrTiO3 thin film with oxygen vacancies by a sensitive, robust, and non-invasive graphene quantum conductance probe. The image illustrates the “graphene hand”, which “feels” the dynamic oxygen vacancies within the SrTiO3. The “graphene hand” can be employed to investigate various physical properties of the materials underneath.
