3D Image Sensors: A Bezel‐Less Tetrahedral Image Sensor Formed by Solvent‐Assisted Plasticization and Transformation of an Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene Framework (Adv. Mater. 30/2018)
Source abstract
Abstract
In article number 1801256, Heung Cho Ko and co-workers demonstrate a method of transforming a planar electronic device into a three-dimensional structure through solvent-assisted plasticization of a polymer framework. A hard–soft transition of the framework by this method enables geometrical deformation with no failure of the device layer. A bezel-less tetrahedral image is demonstrated as an application example.
