Hetero‐Anionic Structure Activated CoS Bonds Promote Oxygen Electrocatalytic Activity for High‐Efficiency Zinc–Air Batteries (Adv. Mater. 36/2023)
Source abstract
Abstract
Oxygen Electrocatalysis To investigate the bifunctional performance of heterogeneous anionic structures for oxygen electrocatalysis, CuCo2O4−xSx/NC-2 catalysts, which exhibit excellent catalytic performance for the oxygen evolution/reduction reactions (OER/ORR), are designed by Ting Ouyang, Zhao-Qing Liu, and co-workers in article number 2303488. The superior catalytic performance of CuCo2O4−xSx/NC-2 is attributed to the unique S modulation of the main body electronic structure, Co–S bonds-constructed fast electron-transport channels, thus optimizing the adsorption degree of active-site Co to the reaction intermediates.
