Abstract

Cellulose nanofiber templating has emerged as a unique and facile strategy to prepare advanced materials. In article number 2005538, Meghan E. Lamm, Soydan Ozcan, and co-workers examine how researchers are exploiting this process to produce high-performance materials for a range of applications. This promising work thrusts cellulose nanofibers into the spotlight as a unique templating strategy, which can bridge renewable materials from forest to functional material.
